| Details: | Join us January 27th to 29th, 2023!Anglers wading waist deep in the icy water or fishing through the ice, dip net for the Bonneville Cisco. Once the fishing limit has been caught, the crowds shift to the State Park Marina where the Monster Polar Plunge will take place. Costumes are encouraged, families and groups are welcome, and every participant gets a prize! Locals will have hot chocolate, fried Cisco, and scones available for the public to try. There will also be an Indoor Expo at The Sunrise Resort Event Center and a Winterfest Social Friday night with Karaoke and a hot chocolate bar with donuts! Donations are always welcome. Sponsored by Bear Lake Memorial Hospital. The Bear Lake Monster Winterfest offers three days of fun-filled activities such as a Fishing Tournament, 5K Run/Walk, Chili Cook-off, Cardboard Boat Regatta, Village market, Monster Plunge, and much much more.
